Challenge

Complex government systems often require integration with multiple external registries, such as the Cadastre of Real Estate (Katastr nemovitostí). Navigating the technical and legal requirements of these integrations across different architect teams often leads to fragmented designs.

Solution

Through my Architecture and Consulting services, I provided high-level consulting and specific architectural designs for critical system integrations. My work involved:

• Cross-Agency Collaboration: Direct communication with technical leads at CÚZK to define data requirements.
• Interface Design: Designing specific, high-performance API interfaces that bridge different government technologies.
• Validation & QA: Preparing detailed assignments for development teams and personally validating the delivered services against the original architectural vision.

Impact

The prepared components prevented significant process duplication across agencies and increased the overall technical quality and reliability of the data exchange processes.
